I can't tell you how Thankful I am to have had the best realtor working on my side. Being a first time home buyer and doing a short sale was not an easy task. You always stayed right on top of things and made me feel at ease. If it wasn't for you and Bill Rosanio I know I would not have got this house. I had my son at 18 and never dreamed I would ever be a home owner. You held my hand through the whole thing. You are so organized and return every call and email promptly. Brenda was exceptional!
My husband and I relocated from out of state and had only 2 days to view homes. She worked very hard for us ahead of time looking at as many homes that fit our criteria as she could and scheduling everything to maximize our trip. We would not have even known about the home we ended up buying if it wasn't for her. She really grasped our needs and was able to find us the right home. Soon after we found out we were relocating from Vermont to the Boston area, we began the process of choosing both a town to live in and our new home.
